Terry Ng is the owner and managing partner of Terry Ng, CPA, PLLC. She graduated from East Carolina University magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and later earned a master’s degree in Business Administration. She has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience, including the preparation of compiled financial statements and auditing for both the manufacturing industry and for defined-contribution employee benefit plans. Also, she has experience preparing tax returns for both pass-through entities, private non-operating foundations, and individuals.

Terry is a member of both the North Carolina Association of CPAs and the American Institute of CPA’s. Within the AICPA, she is a section member of Information Management and Technology Assurance, Not-for-Profit, Personal Financial Planning Section, and Tax Section with Tax Adviser. She has also received the AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificate I.

She is married to Anthony Ng, and they have one daughter, Melanie. Terry and her family are active members of Oakmont Baptist Church. Outside of work and family, she enjoys reading and long walks.

Kathy graduated from East Carolina University magna cum laude with the combined degree of Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Master of Science in Accounting. She has over 20 years of tax, accounting, and auditing experience. She serves as the firm’s QC System reviewer. She concentrates in tax research and tax return review for pass-through entities, private non-operating foundations, and individuals, as well as financial statement audit review.

Kathy is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPA’s. She has previously volunteered her time as church treasurer for many years.

Kathy is married to Ashley Austin, and they have four children, Joshua, Laura, Matthew, and Michael. Kathy and her family attend and are actively involved at Temple Church. Besides enjoying time spent at work and with family, Kathy loves shopping, listening to and singing music, and working with the youth at church.

Eric Clements graduated from UNC Charlotte with Bachelor of Science in both Accounting and Financial Management. He has over 10 years of experience in Public Accounting. Eric’s areas of specialization include business tax, auditing in the manufacturing industry, audits of defined-contribution employee benefit plans, and preparation of compiled financial statements. He has completed the AICPA Advanced Defined Contribution Certificate and the AICPA Not-for-Profit Certificate I. Eric is a member of both the AICPA and NCACPA.

       

James graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics and from East Carolina University with a Master of Science in Accounting.

He has over 17 years of experience in pass-through entity tax, general accounting, multi-state taxes, and auditing. James specializes in tax research, tax preparation, and IC-DISC and is a member of the North Carolina Association of CPA’s.

James is a retired United States Marine Corps veteran and a life member of The Disabled American Veterans.

Jeffrey graduated from East Carolina with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management Accounting. He later earned both a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Accounting.

He has over 20 years of accounting and auditing experience. Jeffrey supervises the bookkeeping division and specializes in Tax accounting. Jeffrey is a member of the NCACPA.
